For new or beginning lifters to the program. This program begins to dissect the proper movement patterns and positions necessary to achieve a SAFE and successful lift. The focus will be on teaching three specific movements: the snatch, the clean, and the jerk. This will lay the foundation for our athletes and lifters who are looking for increased gains in sports performance and lifting totals.
Every member must complete the Level 1 program to advance to the Level 2 program.
