Jordan graduated from Tualatin High School in 2000 where he competed in both football and track. His accomplishments include unanimous First Team All-League selections at linebacker in both his junior and senior seasons and Pacific-8 co-Defensive Player of the Year which concluded his senior campaign. Jordan also was a 4-year varsity letter winner in track where he was always a top contender for the league title in both the shot put and discus.
Jordan continued his athletic career at Southern Oregon University where he competed in football. He was a 3-year starting linebacker for the squad and was a key contributor to both the 2001 and 2002 quarterfinal teams. While at Southern Oregon, Jordan earned a degree in Health Promotion and Fitness Management and has put the knowledge he has gained to work ever since in the sports performance industry.
Working with numerous athletes at all levels of sport, his resume includes working with local youth stars, collegiate and professional athletes, aiding to enhance their current sports performance talents. Professional athletes he has worked with are now showcasing their talents in the National Football League (NFL), Arena Football League (AFL), Major League Lacrosse (MLL), and Major League Baseball (MLB).

Our mission at Franco Athletic & Sports Training is to enhance the lives of others through fitness. We will provide superior training to improve sports performance for athletes and fitness for adults.
In 2007, Franco Athletic & Sports Training (FAST) began working with local athletes between the ages of 8-18 years, aiding in their sports performance goals. FAST provides professional quality sport performance training to athletes of all ages and skill levels so they have the opportunity to excel in their chosen sports and to stay active in the sports they love.
Our Philosophy of training for optimal sports performance is centered around helping athletes in every sport, at all ages and all skill levels, have the opportunity to improve speed, agility, mobility and flexibility, strength and power development. We achieve all of this while at the same time reducing the risk of sports-related injuries. Our proven training and professional equipment allow kids and active adults the opportunity to train like the pros.
Understanding that not only do these training methods and techniques work for athletes, Franco Athletic & Sports Training began offering their services to the adult market. Not only do they see the same results in the key areas listed above, but also in their flexibility, core development, cardiovascular endurance and injury-preventative and rehabilitative techniques.
Our Philosophy is to create fun, intense, science-based training programs that are superior to anything offered at a gym or a boot camp as a better alternative for adults to achieve their goals.
We want to increase exposure and knowledge of Olympic style weightlifting and its benefits correlated with sports training and overall fitness. We are also working to expand and promote USA Weightlifting and its pool of athletes. Most major college and professional sports programs today use one or more forms of the Olympic lifts in training. This exposure can greatly benefit youth and high school athletes in performing at their highest level.
Our philosophy is to teach athletes and adults how Olympic weightlifting can train your body to use its muscles in a continuous, coordinated motion, comparing it to movements such as running or jumping and everyday activities.
